2008 AAMC Karting and Motorcycle Championships had its 3rd round
Fired up on the 18-May-08 at the Coloane Karting Circuit, with all the participants competing in different race classes of the two Championships. The event included races of 125cc Motorcycle, Mini Bike, 50/70cc and 125cc Scooter for motorcycle and Senior Rok/ Rotax Max Senior for Karting.
We were pleased that Hong Kong Kart Club had joined our Event 3, around 18 HK drivers competing with Macau drivers in the ROTAX MAX Senior as they also had their Hong Kong Kart Club Round 3 in the same race. After all the races, there was a star turn – HAPPY CUP, which chose part of the drivers inside HK and Macau Group, and run together, this made the race more attractive.  
In the morning, all the karters and riders had their Practice and Qualifying preparing them for their first taste of close racing this year and in the afternoon starting at 12:30pm., the race was very tight. It attracted many spectators having arrived from the city. It was exciting and despite several minor incidents, which two riders were sent to hospital, it didn’t affect the drivers’ confidence, and the event completed smoothly and successfully. fired up on the 27-Apr-08 at the Coloane Kartodome with more than 90 participants competing in different race classes of the two championships.The event included races of 125 Motorcycle, Mini Bike, 50/70cc and 125 Scooter for motorcycle and Senior Rok/ Rotax Max for karting.
In the morning, all the karters and riders had their Practice and Qualifying preparing them for their first taste of close racing this year in the afternoon starting at 3:15pm. It attracted many spectators having flocked in from the city. The race was exciting and despite of several minor incidents, the event completed smoothly and successfully.
